Dallas Area Home Prices Rise

It has been a long time coming, but things are really starting to look up. More good news is out as is being reports that 24 of 45 residential districts saw a rise in pre-owned sales this year over last. The city of Plano saw an average 4% rise, while Frisco and Richardson saw 6% and 7% raises in price. This news comes on the heels of the US Government announcing the economy grew at a 2.8% annual rate in the 4th quarter of 2011, the strongest continuous growth since the second quarter of 2010.
